High in the mountains of Caserio Tuiboch, Huehuetenango, 60 coffee-growing families come together through the ASODIETT association to produce this distinctive Guatemalan coffee. De-pulped and washed by hand, the coffee undergoes approximately 24 hours of fermentation before drying on patios for 10–12 days. The result is a sweet, balanced cup with notes of caramel, date, and floral honey.
