    Cruz Grande comes to us from the Cooperativa Integral Agricola, a group of producers in Santa Barbara, Huehuetenango that joined together in 2009. Since the inception of the coop, this community has improved in quality and technique year after year. Today the Cooperative has sixty members who continue to excel thanks to donations that contribute to a communal wet mill and workshops on coffee processing.

    Extremely high altitudes in Santa Barbara provide us with the embodiment of a big-bodied Guatemalan coffee. The plants are supplied with water from natural springs and grown under the shade of native Chalum and Gravilea trees. This washed coffee has deep toasty flavor notes with a pineapple fruity undertone.
